岗位职责
- 负责腹透全线产品在区域内的学术推广活动，制定符合市场的学术推广策略并执行到位，向医疗卫生机构及其工作人员传递、沟通、反馈药品信息；
- 充分了解区域内的市场动态，负责临床信息以及市场信息的收集与反馈，协助公司进行学术推广策略的优化调整；
- 严格遵守公司合规政策及《医药代表管理办法》等相关法律法规，按照持有人授权的药品类别、治疗领域和区域范围开展药品学术推广活动，按要求完成医药代表备案并上传合规承诺书；
- 完成上级交予的其他任务。
任职资质
- 具备医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历，并掌握相关药物临床理论知识，经药品上市许可持有人培训并考核合格；
- 8年及以上医药行业药品学术推广相关工作经验；
- 熟悉药品行业的工作流程，具备专业的临床推广技能和学术知识，符合《医药代表管理办法》规定的医药代表职业定位及准入条件；
- 结果导向，具备良好的商业敏锐度、客户服务意识、沟通表达和团队合作能力；
- 能够在高压下开展工作，具备高度合规意识，诚信、积极、有责任感，无商业贿赂等违法记录。

Skills Required
- Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or related field (associate or above)
- Training and passing assessment by the marketing authorization holder (MAH)
- Eight or more years of pharmaceutical academic promotion experience
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry workflows and clinical promotion skills/academic knowledge
- Meets pharmaceutical representative positioning and admission requirements per regulations
- Strong commercial acumen, customer service orientation, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure, high compliance awareness, integrity, no history of commercial bribery
- Complete medical representative filing and upload compliance commitment as required
