Takes accountability consistently for daily responsibilities in addition to patient care. Demonstrates organization of work, knowledge of process/procedure and performs independently without close supervision to support efficient and effective operations. Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of procedure time allotments to ensure patient care needs are met. Executes workflow processes are accurately and timely to support daily financial expectations showing minimal account related variances.
