Starting pay of $24.79/hr. up to top pay of $35.42/hr.*

What You Drive At DTNA
Oversee Backside PDC Operational tasks that include, Inventory Management, Replenishments, Moves, Cycle Counts, Quality Investigations, Warehouse Management, Problem Solving, PAR Returns and Processing, and other Misc. tasks. Additional Team Tasks include Create/Review/Communicate Daily Manpower Plan. Identify/initiate Practical Problem Solving. Conduct 5S for area and assign action items. Lead daily huddle in accordance with SQDCM. Update Team Board. Review PDC Metrics. Attend PIC huddle. Conduct Layered Process Audits with TM’s. Identify coaching/training opportunities. Develop Best Practice Single Point Lessons.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Candidates must have at least one year of progressive warehouse experience and an excellent attendance record. Must possess ability to problem solve and analyze data and information. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to accept responsibility a must. Candidates must also show a demonstrated record of superior productivity and quality. In-depth knowledge of IMS/DView, or the demonstrated ability to learn the system(s). Dedication to learning lean concepts and applying them in the work environment.
