We’re hiring full-time Support Staff Front Desk to work at our Crestone Facility 41 Montebello.
Shift:
Monday and Tuesday 7:30-4:30
Wednesday 9:30-6:30
Thursday: 10:30-7:30
Friday: 8:30-5:30
What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff Front Desk, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Support Staff-Front Desk under the supervision of the Director and Supervisor you will:
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Work hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs)
- Cover front desk reception
- Operate phones/phone system
- Scan and uploads records to the electronic health record
- Verify client payer eligibility
- Schedule client appointments as requested
- Process Release of Information requests
- Balance cash drawer/box
- Maintain client electronic health records as needed
- Complete client phone enrollments
- Complete other departments’ job requests as needed
- Cover at various locations as assigned
- Record data electronically and communicate with clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Requires occasional driving
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
- Requires working under stress in emergency situations
- Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids
- Requires frequent use of a computer, phone and other equipment

What we’re looking For—The Must-Haves
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of receptionist experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Colorado driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
- Must be able to travel to Trinidad & Walsenburg as needed
