GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a full-time Support Services team member to support our Miami office. A year or more of experience in a law firm setting is preferred.
An ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. This position performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to sorting and distributing incoming mail; completing copy and scanning requests; lifting and carrying client files; monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; restocking office supplies, pantries, and copy paper; setting up and breaking down rooms for events; and performing backup reception duties. The candidate must be able to lift, pull, and push heavy boxes. This role also requires a professional demeanor, reliability, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
