Support Services Associate (Mailroom)

We are currently searching for a Policy Services professional who is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position requires in office work in Downtown Wilkes Barre, PA (soon to be Pittston, PA). There are no remote options at this time.

Job Responsibilities

The Support Services Associate is responsible for assisting several departments with a variety of support activities including:

• Processing and Scanning Incoming mail
• Processing Incoming Checks
• Operate Mailroom Equipment
• Copy and Scan projects
• Data Entry
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Knowledge

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods throughout the day
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient use of a computer

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided.  The starting compensation for this position is $16 per hour.  Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
