The Spanish Bilingual Support Representative will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients in Spanish and English through calls, emails, and text messages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Outreach: Initiate contact with clients to address various matters such as document submissions, invoice payments, and general inquiries.
  • Document Management: Request necessary documents from clients and ensure that they are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Guide clients through the signing process as needed.
  • Invoice Management: Notify clients of overdue invoices and provide assistance with payment processing if required.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from clients regarding queries related to document signing, invoice payments, and other business matters. Explain the company's business model and the rationale behind invoicing practices.
  • Training: Educate clients on the company's business model, services offered, and any relevant policies or procedures.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using communication tools such as email and messaging platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
  • Smartphone
