We are currently searching for a Support (OSD):
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on hardware and desktop support directly to end-users.
- Deliver high-quality floor support, addressing technical issues in a face-to-face environment.
- Manage local incident handling and coordination, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and break/fix tasks for workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Maintain a constant physical presence in the office to assist with immediate technical needs.
- Interface directly with users to provide guidance and resolve complex technical queries independently.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in on-site support or desktop support environments.
- Proven expertise in hardware troubleshooting (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, AV).
- Ability to work independently and manage local site requirements.
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and standard office productivity suites.
- Local presence in Mexico City (CDMX) is mandatory.
Desired:
- Prior experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident management.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
