Support Laboratoire Polyvalent

Responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site. Under close supervision, provide a wide range of onsite Laboratory and Scientific Services as part of the VWR Catalyst Service offering. Prepare and label laboratory materials including but not limited to biological media, buffers and mobile phases in accordance with procedural documents, site and regulatory requirements. Order and maintain material inventory required to manufacture requested formulations to end users. Manage, coordinate and execute sample receipt and sample shipment, including but not limited to; media powders and components, buffers, in process samples. Preparation and shipment of all samples within as well as outside of the Network to meet the site-specific needs, as per site requirements, procedural documents and regulatory requirements.

Il s'agirait d'un poste à temps plein basé sur le site de notre client, UCB Pharma, à Braine-l’Alleud.
Vous recevrez un contrat temporaire de six mois, avec la possibilité de devenir permanent par la suite.

Horaires de travail: Du lundi au vendredi, commencer entre 07h00 et 9h00 et terminer à partir de 16h00.

L’équipe

Vous travaillez dans une petite équipe et vous soutenez un département spécifique: Chimie, Biologie, Logistique etc.
Ensemble avec vos collègues, vous faites partie du département Lab & Production Services.
Vous soutenez l'innovation et la croissance des entreprises pharmaceutiques et des laboratoires du monde en les aidant dans leurs activités de recherche et de développement.

Ce que nous recherchons

Formation: Diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire, de préférence relié aux sciences de la vie

Expérience:

• Dans un environnement pharmaceutique, médical ou chimique et un grand atout (p.e. hôpital)

Compétences préférées:

• IT: Connaissance de base de MS Office, Excel et SAP sont un atout.

• Langues: Excellentes compétences de communication en français ; connaissance de base en anglais est un atout.

• Personnalité:
  - Dynamique, proactif, indépendant avec un esprit d'équipe.
  - Structuré(e), orienté(e) vers le client et serviable.

Comment vous vous développerez et aurez un impact
*Attention chaque nouvelle opportunitée peut être légèrement différente:

• Gestion de la verrerie de laboratoire et des déchets

• Gestion de stocks pour des consommables, solvants, réactifs,…

• Préparation de solutions comme des phases mobiles, réactifs, bains-marie et tampons.  

• Prélever des réactifs dans le stock et les distribuer aux laboratoires.

• Approvisionnement des matériaux de laboratoire.

• Réception des commandes dans notre système SAP: Ariba.

• Réception du matériel, déballage, mise en rayon, mise au rebut de l'emballage.

• Maintenance du gestionnaire d'inventaire (référence, centre de coût, POU, fournisseurs, prix, etc.) 

• Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec vos clients, basées sur la confiance et l'intégrité. 

• Agir en tant que véritable ambassadeur de notre marque Avantor et plus particulièrement de l'entité.
