Job Description

We are looking for skilled Support Java Developer for our BPCE-SI (Solutions Informatiques) team. 

Main Responsabilities:

  • Analyze and handle incidents on B2B credit applications.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and propose corrective solutions.
  • Ensure the tracking and resolution of tickets within the defined deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the relevant technical and business teams.
  • Document incidents and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Actively participate in all Agile team rituals and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in application support or development.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial environments is appreciated.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence.
  • Experience with ServiceNow / Sun.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Ability to navigate in a mainframe environment (DB2 querying).
  • Strong communication skills in English and French.
