Compensation: SGD 2,700 – 3,300 per month
Position Overview
We are seeking a Support Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a technology client's Singapore distribution hub. This is a hands-on role combining logistics coordination with basic technical support — you will handle inbound/outbound shipment provisioning, coordinate with customers and carriers, and support hardware configuration for client equipment moving through our bonded facility.
Key Responsibilities
Provision and test inbound and outbound units
Configure Proof of Concept (POC) units per vendor requirements
Install basic hardware components such as transceivers, SSDs, PSUs, and add-on cards
Register jobs in the client's system and update job status
Follow up on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely movement
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
