About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Gavà as a Support Engineer - MTP. You will collaborate with our engineering department to develop new applications and improve existing ones, delivering solutions that add value for both our customers and our business.
Main responsibilities (not limited to):
- Installing machine tool probes at customer sites.
- Providing technical training to customers.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers.
- Developing applications and delivering software demonstrations.
- Managing technical support cases and the corresponding reporting in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Technical Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- CFGS in Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electronics.
- Specific training in the field would be an advantage.
- Excellent ability to work independently, with experience in solving complex problems and a clear results-oriented approach.
- Customer-oriented.
- Proactive, rigorous and detail oriented.
- Comfortable working in changing environments, flexible, and able to foster a positive working atmosphere and a collaborative environment.
- Experience installing machine tool probes.
- Knowledge of the operation and programming of Fanuc, Heidenhain and Siemens controls. Knowledge of PLC programming and machine parameters would be an advantage.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English, both spoken and written.
- A good level of Portuguese would be desirable.
- Availability to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal and occasionally to the UK.

- Full-time working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (30-minute lunch break); Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.

Sobre el puesto
Buscamos un nuevo compañero o compañera para unirse a nuestro equipo en Gavà como Support Engineer MTP. Colaborarás con nuestro departamento de ingeniería para desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones y mejorar las existentes, ofreciendo soluciones que aporten valor tanto a nuestros clientes como a nuestro negocio.
Principales tareas (no únicas):
- Instalación de sondas para Máquina-Herramienta en casa del cliente.
- Formaciones técnicas a clientes.
- Soporte y asistencia técnica a clientes.
- Elaboración de aplicaciones y ejecución de demostraciones de software.
- Gestión de casos de asistencia técnica y su correspondiente reporting en CRM
Requisitos:
- Preferible Ingeniería Técnica o Superior (preferiblemente en Mecánica o Electrónica)
- Valorable CFGS en Mecatrónica, Mecánica o Electrónica.
- Valorable formación específica en el campo.
- Persona con excelente capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, habituada a solucionar problemas complejos y con clara orientación a resultados.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Proactividad, rigor y atención al detalle.
- Persona habituada a trabajar en entornos cambiantes, flexible y con capacidad de mantener buen ambiente de trabajo y un entorno colaborativo.
- Experiencia en instalación de sondas para máquina herramienta.
- Conocimiento de manejo y programación de controles Fanuc, Heidenhain y Siemens. Se valorará conocimiento de programación de PLC y parámetros máquina.
- Castellano como primera lengua, ingles fluido (hablado y escrito).
- Deseable buen nivel de portugués.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de manera frecuente (España y Portugal) y de forma esporádica a UK.
