Specialising in MYOB Acumatica and Microsoft Business Central/Wiise throughout Australia, they help businesses run better — and they're growing. The successful candidate will provide application support services to a growing client base, serving as a reliable first point of contact for queries and issues while collaborating with senior technical team members on more complex escalations.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Provide application support to clients via phone and email, utilising remote access technologies to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Respond to "how to" queries, analyse and fix data issues, troubleshoot software faults, and address technical problems.
  • Schedule and manage software and system upgrades for clients.
  • Develop form and report customisations to meet client-specific needs.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Technical Team with clear context and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.

What They're Looking For

    Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting and/or implementing MYOB Acumatica or other ERP/accounting software — candidates without prior ERP support experience will not be considered.
  • Accounting or Business qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with MYOB Acumatica or other ERP systems in an implementation capacity.
  • Experience with payroll systems and processes.
  • Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
  • Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
  • Advanced report writing skills.
