Position Summary
A support associate is in charge of maintaining Booker/MFN standards of organization, tidiness and cleanliness in customer facing operations and back of house operations.
Responsibilities

Answering and managing tasting room calls

Assisting guests in creating and managing reservations

Managing current and future reservations

Greeting and seating guests
-
Providing water service
-
Stocking wine/non wine inventory
-
Communication with servers/bussers
-
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of facilities

Clearing tables and resetting tables for service

Polishing glasses
-
Assisting with onsite events as needed

In-depth knowledge of experiences, club, and current information of BKR/MFN
Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $16.00/an hour (tip eligible)
