Key Responsibilities:
Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.
Provide superior client service and ensure outstanding quality resolutions.
Troubleshoot and document solution operations.
Complete thorough documentation of issues.
Ensure the required response and resolution times are met.
Collaborate with and support other team members.

Required Qualifications:
