The Role

You will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for your clients and own the technical relationship to ensure the greatest possible value is derived from the use of our services

  • Provide high-level technical consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training

  • Manage deployment projects.

  • Manage client onboarding projects.

  • Contribute actively to internal projects and company initiatives.

  • Help evolve the team’s processes and policies

  • Provide technical support to our clients, who are high-profile financial institutional traders, interdealer brokers and exchanges

  • Ensure that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner

  • On-site meetings will be required to provide our clients with support, training and configuration

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service

  • Keen interest in finance and/or technology

  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to manage time, prioritise work, and complete multiple tasks effectively

  • Ability to absorb information quickly and think on the spot

  • Presentation skills

Desirable

  • Degree in a STEM discipline with an aptitude to learn complex concepts

  • Experience in commodity markets, particularly within the energy sector.

  • Scripting capabilities to help automate repetitive tasks or aid issue investigation (VBScript, Python or similar)

  • Good presentation skills

  • Experience in a front-office trading environment

  • Knowledge of OTC and Exchange trading

  • Japanese language proficiency would be an added advantage in managing Japanese‑speaking clients
