Install and support personal-use hardware and software infrastructure, as well as assist in the administration of voice and data communication networks, in accordance with DVCMex and corporate policies and procedures, to ensure access to information systems and IT tools that support DVCMex operations.

Descripción de Actividades:
- Install and configure computer and communication devices for individual assignment, enabling access to the information systems and IT tools available at DVCMex.
- Provide end-user support by resolving issues related to assigned computer and communication devices, ensuring that company operations are not compromised due to the unavailability of these work tools.
- Provide support to DTNA and Daimler AG IT teams by installing computer and communication devices to enable the delivery of corporate IT solutions.
- Take the necessary actions to acquire computer devices and services from external vendors, enabling the updating and installation of infrastructure for access to information systems.
