What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our IT support team, helping ensure employees can do their best work every day. In this role, you will:
• Respond to and resolve IT Help Desk tickets with exceptional customer service.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and business applications.
• Perform day‑to‑day IT maintenance and support for desktops, peripherals, and site systems.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and shared network resources.
• Support the deployment and testing of new software, hardware, and productivity tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for desktops, software, and related equipment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, project managers, and senior analysts to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in research and evaluation of emerging technologies to help enhance our computing environment.
• Assist in analyzing system, network, and application usage to support growth and capacity planning.
• Contribute to site‑level and enterprise‑wide IT projects and initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.  Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made.  In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government.  Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
