Position: Supply Support Representative (Contingent upon contract award)
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused Supply Support Representative (SSR) Contractor to support the delivery and management of vehicles and spares destined for a foreign Ministry of Defense (MOD). The SSR will play a critical role in coordinating supply chain functions including ordering, shipping, inspection, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate logistics support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track the requisition, shipment, and delivery of vehicles and spare parts to designated MOD partners.
- Conduct and document receipt inspections to verify compliance with contractual and operational standards.
- Collaborate with U.S. and foreign stakeholders to coordinate shipping schedules, customs clearance, and final handover.
- Maintain accurate inventory and status reports of all equipment and supplies.
- Provide supply chain expertise and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, deployed environment.
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to applicable U.S. and host nation policies and procedures.
- Assist with warranty claims and training of local foreign MOD personnel on appropriate warranty claims processes.
- Prepare and deliver status updates, briefings, and reports to leadership and stakeholders as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience supporting supply/logistics operations in a commercial or military deployed setting.
- Proven ability to work independently in austere and complex environments.
- Strong understanding of military supply chain practices, property accountability, and transportation regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Former senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Warrant Officer, Field Grade Officer, or civilian equivalent with demonstrated logistics leadership.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense supply systems and procedures.
