About the role
We’re building a new Supply Strategy capability at Diageo - responsible for defining the long-term direction of a global supply chain that powers the world’s leading premium drinks brands.
As the Enterprise Strategy lead, you will connect corporate, commercial and supply strategies into one coherent end-to-end view. This is the central role that joins demand-side insights with supply-side priorities to shape where and how Diageo’s supply chain will grow.
Top Accountabilities:
Act as the interface between corporate strategy, commercial strategy, and supply chain.
Translate company objectives (volume, revenue, cash, COGS) into supply-side implications and action plans.
Support and shape long-term supply strategy aligned with category growth curves and market dynamics.
Support development of annual strategic choices (ASC) and S-curve–based capacity planning.
Provide thought leadership on competitive and market intelligence to inform enterprise choices.
Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Corporate Strategy on integrated planning.
Experience required/Skills/Capabilities
Experience with strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or supply chain strategy.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to connect demand drivers to supply implications.
Excellent stakeholder management across C-suite, corporate, and commercial functions.
Structured problem-solver with ability to synthesize complex data into executive insights.
Strong analytical, organisational and decision-making skills
Good communication skills – verbal, written and presentation.
