The Supply Planning Technical Lead is responsible for the architectural integrity, development, and continuous enhancement of our global supply chain planning ecosystem. Acting as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution, you will oversee the implementation of Blue Yonder ESP/OP/Demand 360/Forecast Netting solutions, manage the product backlog, and lead the technical delivery of high-priority projects.
Technical Leadership & Product Ownership: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate Solution architecture to technical specifications. Own the technical product backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic business objectives.
Requirements & Design: Analyze and document complex business procedures to identify optimization opportunities. Translate these into robust IT requirements and detailed functional design specifications.
Hands-on Implementation: Provide expert-level configuration and integration support for Blue Yonder ESP and related applications. Ensure seamless data flow across the supply chain landscape (including PLM, Reporting/Data Lake and ERP integrations).
Application Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 1 and Tier 2 escalation point for business users, resolving complex system issues and providing deep-dive troubleshooting for the ESP platform.
Validation & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that all system enhancements meet rigorous business standards and performance requirements.
Documentation & Training: Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows and functional specs. Empower end-users by designing and delivering training on new systems and workflows.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience as Technical Lead or Business Analyst, with specific experience in Blue Yonder ESP
Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
