Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.
With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

As a Supply Planning Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling that ambition by ensuring the right products are available at the right place and at the right time across our supply network.
Working at the heart of our end-to-end supply chain, you will transform demand signals into robust supply and distribution plans, balancing customer service, inventory performance, working capital and supply resilience. Through data-driven insights, proactive risk management and close collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help drive operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Accountabilities
Execute Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes to ensure product availability while balancing service, inventory and working capital objectives.
Manage inventory plans, replenishment strategies and planning parameters to optimize network performance and supply resilience.
Partner with Global Supply Planning teams, manufacturing sites and co-packing partners to support effective supply plan execution.
Monitor supply commitments, transfer orders and logistics plans to help ensure timely product availability.
Identify supply, inventory and service risks, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
Monitor and analyze key planning performance indicators, including OTIF, Days on Hand (DOH), Service Level, Inventory Health and Forecast Accuracy, generating insights and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, Commercial and Finance teams to enable end-to-end alignment.
Maintain planning master data and system parameters, ensuring accurate and reliable planning outputs.
Contribute to automation, digitalization and AI-enabled initiatives that improve planning effectiveness, productivity and decision quality.
What you'll bring
Experience
Proven experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning or related Supply Chain disciplines.
Experience operating in complex planning environments within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage or Manufacturing industries.
Strong track record of managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated success driving process improvements, automation initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and external manufacturing partners is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Systems/Tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including Power Query, automation and advanced data analysis.
SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and OMP Planning Platform – Mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP APO, Qlik Sense and Power BI is advantageous.
Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies, applied to business and planning processes.
Languages
Fluent English, both written and spoken – Mandatory.
Fluent or native Portuguese.
Spanish is an advantage.
Work Model:
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in our office located in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, Brazil.
