Reporting to the Director of Supply Planning, you will provide strategic direction and planning for the management of inventories across manufacturing facilities, co-packers, and distribution centers. You will lead production master planning activities, including long-term scheduling, inventory planning, capacity planning, and deployment, while improving sourcing strategies to support total delivered cost reduction. You will also drive improvements in inventory, service, and Integrated Business Planning metrics.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Develop manufacturing and distribution strategies to achieve target customer service levels while minimizing inventory investment
  • Guide the development of network supply and capacity planning processes across the organization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to position and maintain finished goods inventory to balance service levels, carrying costs, and transportation efficiency
  • Establish guidelines to enable cost-efficient movement of finished goods while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
  • Monitor inventory health, including aged stock, rationalized inventory, and restricted stock, to maximize revenue and minimize profit and loss impact
  • Plan and communicate with Transportation and Warehousing teams on annual and periodic changes to freight and warehousing flows
  • Oversee production planning through coordination of sourcing, production plans, and deployment strategies to support Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Serve as the Supply Planning point of contact for network optimization projects and due diligence efforts
  • Lead cross-functional projects within the Supply Planning group to drive process improvements
  • Champion technology enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives impacting Supply Planning
  • Train and develop team members on processes, tools, and systems
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in a supply chain environment with management experience
  • Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional partners
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning or Sales and Operations Planning processes
  • APICS or CPIM certification preferred

Compensation 

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
