What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Developing and leading stock models through supply planning fundamentals and creative solutions to deliver high service level to the market while having optimum stock on hand level of his categories.
  • Evaluating demand dynamics on monthly basis for tactics decision making and driving actions
  • Create an agile supply planning models to increase responsiveness to the market dynamics to deliver better service to our consumers.
  • Unleash his team potentiality, through leading, empowering and coaching.
  • Assuring right harmony and high performance are effectively among his team members
  • Using WCM approach to develop address key losses and attack highest losses by WCM tools to create a continuous sustainable improvement.
  • Apply digital agenda in Supply planning and embed digital ways of working in his team.
  • Develop right strategy plan to the factory, to assure right DBNR performance through MPS is applied and cost-efficient factory operations
  • SCR lock and sign off monthly shipment plan for customers with demand planning, with smart gap management between unconstrained and constrained figures, with clear identification for risks and create options and opportunities for gap closure.
  • Develop IPM model (inventory planning management) with high quality inputs and outputs.
  • Manage monthly stocks closing and assure right stock cover against IPM model for FG and RPM.
  •  Manage stocks DOH and value to optimize between service level and required closing stocks
  •  Deep understanding of analysis of stocks closing and assure right stocks investment to right SKUs according to ABC classifications.
  • Assuring right stocks segregation is in place and Drive key actions with different stakeholders to liquidate/ eliminate overstocks and residual stocks.
  • Create a success environment within his team through harmony and high-performance standards.
  • Assure landing Innovations according to NW OTIF
  • Manage RCCP on periodic basis and assure right production leveling is in place, and flag risk zones and capacity investment needed medium and long term

Experiences & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Supply chain preferably in FMCG

• Data scientist, digital background, and ability to process massive data into informative view for decision making

• Strong analytical thinking

• Excellent leadership style

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Interact effectively with all levels including other Unilever sites, Supply Chain Planning, manufacturing. Motivate, energize, and foster team activities and relationships. Ability to resolve conflict.

• Problem-solving skills through innovative and creative thinking

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment

• Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience • Ability to create a continuous improvement in process and Ways of working.

 • Ability to create solutions and quick decision making through problem solving techniques

• Has change management experience

• High business acumen, and understanding of company/ category P&L.
