Supply Planning Coordinator

The Supply Planning Coordinator ensures the efficient supply of raw materials (RMs) and finished goods (FGs) across all sites and Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Your role will involve managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, maintaining accurate pricing and vendor data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support inventory control, quality assurance, and financial alignment. The coordinator contributes to supporting operational continuity and optimizing supply chain performance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders for RMs and FGs based on demand planning forecasts.

• Monitor and control material levels across all sites/SBUs to ensure supply continuity.

• Review import documents and coordinate with 3PL forwarding partners to ensure timely delivery to warehouses.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor list.

• Help handle Recovery Assets (RA) with relevant departments.

• Coordinate with Demand Planning to review RM/FG status and recommend actions.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or logistics coordinator

• Proficiency in local language and English is required

• Teamwork ability to achieve team goals

• Good skills with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
