Play a key role in shaping an efficient and collaborative supply chain, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure products move seamlessly from source to distribution.
About the Role
As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will support the delivery of our Supplier Engagement Strategy, helping to strengthen supplier relationships, improve operational processes, and drive supply chain efficiency across Fashion and General Merchandise categories. Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure smooth onboarding to our supplier platform, support purchase order management, monitor operational performance, and provide valuable insights that help optimise planning and forecasting activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal business teams, supporting supplier onboarding and adoption of new ways of working.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the supplier portal, delivering training, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Monitoring and resolving EDI message failures within agreed service levels, escalating complex issues where required.
- Supporting effective purchase order management and maintaining accurate delivery schedules to improve forecasting and capacity planning.
- Producing and analysing supply chain reports, supplier performance data, and freight forwarding KPIs to support operational improvements.
About You
You will be a highly organised and analytical coordinator who enjoys building strong relationships and working collaboratively across multiple teams. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you will take a proactive approach to problem-solving and be confident communicating with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of service, using data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. With excellent attention to detail and a flexible mindset, you'll thrive in a fast-paced supply chain environment and enjoy contributing to projects that drive positive change across the business.
You will also have:
- Experience working in a supply chain, planning, logistics, operations, or supplier-facing environment.
- Strong systems capability, with experience using reporting and operational platforms such as SAP or similar business systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to deliver training sessions and engage a range of stakeholders.
