- Ensure all supply planning reports are accurate, up-to-date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders on schedule.
- Develop, standardize, and automate reporting processes using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake) and AI agents to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Regularly review and enhance the reporting suite by integrating new data sources, advanced analytics, and world class best practices.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and automation workflows.
- Apply data science techniques (statistical modeling, machine learning, forecasting) to support proactive decision-making and scenario planning.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Design and implement decision support tools that enable the team to make data-driven choices, optimize inventory, and improve service levels.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, planning systems, external databases) for comprehensive analysis.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, reporting errors, and process bottlenecks.
- Work closely with supply planning, demand planning, marketing, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with the Supply Planning Manager to identify improvement areas, support strategic initiatives, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Provide training and support to team members on new reports, tools, and analytics capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging supply chain analytics, data science, and automation technologies; recommend and implement best-fit solutions.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions to elevate supply planning processes and team capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analytics, reporting, and data analysis within a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of data science concepts, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, planning systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrated ability to automate data processes and workflows using modern technologies.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
