SUPPLY PLANNING ANALYST
Analyzes moderately complex master data to ensure that identified manufacturing targets are met. Identifies areas where processes and/or production are not operating optimally. Analysis may focus on Bill of Material (BOM), work center, routing, production version, scrap, etc.
About the job:
- Analyzes master data to determine if manufacturing targets can and/or are being met. (60%)
- Identifies ways to improve production costs and/or timing. Recommendations may focus on the materials/components for manufacturing, routing/sequence of operations, manufacturing machinery, etc. (25%)
- Proposes solutions to improve current process flows or manufacturing processes. (10%)
- Works with the manufacturing team to understand production needs. (5%)
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
- Education: Bachelor or university degree
- Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
