About the job:

This role performs supply planning activities for Korea and Thailand under the supervision of a manager, while also carrying out assigned project coordination tasks across East Asia.

The primary focus (approximately 70%) is on executing supply planning activities under guidance, including NRP forecasting, inventory monitoring, and tracking excess and obsolete (E&O) risks. The role is responsible for preparing and analyzing data, executing replenishment-related tasks, and following defined processes to support supply continuity and operational efficiency.

The remaining 30% involve PMO-related responsibilities, including carrying out assigned tasks for regional projects, coordinating information with cross-functional teams, and preparing analyses or materials as directed to support planning discussions. The role requires clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under supervision with stakeholders across multiple countries.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Execute purchasing-related activities under manager’s guidance, following defined inventory management principles and E&O risk controls.
  • Monitor and maintain safety stock levels according to established guidelines to support service continuity.
  • Work with global and regional teams, demand planners, suppliers, warehousing, and transportation partners under supervision to address supply-related issues.
  • Perform inventory-related tasks within predefined constraints and targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in monthly RRM (Regional Review Meetings) and DSE (Demand & Supply Execution) sessions for assigned products or franchises as assigned.
  • Support the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process by preparing reports and summarizing metrics, risks, and issues under direction.
  • Execute assigned improvement actions related to supply planning processes in line with East Asia planning KPIs.
  • Contribute to PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) and other supply-related projects by executing assigned tasks and supporting timely communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report key process metrics while monitoring compliance with assigned KPIs.
  • Handle regular and ad-hoc information updates for customers, commercial partners, global allocation teams, and logistics stakeholders as directed.
  • Use existing automation tools to support reporting activities and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports under guidance to support visibility into inventory and supply performance.
  • Coordinate assigned tasks for regional projects across East Asia to support alignment and timely execution.
  • Consolidate updates, risks, and progress to support cross-functional communication.
  • Support process standardization initiatives by documenting procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare analytical reports and materials to support project governance and decision-making.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating issues or risks to the manager when identified.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience, or internship/co-op experience in supply chain planning or data analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel with exposure to automation tools (Macros/VBA) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Power BI, including familiarity with Power Query and standard data visualizations.
  • Foundational knowledge or coursework exposure to Python and SQL for data analysis is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders under guidance and follow established communication channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while contributing to problem-solving or project tasks as assigned.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness when addressing issues under supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Able to work with guidance and follow direction, while showing initiative to seek clarification or support from the manager when needed.
  • Able to adjust tasks and priorities as required under changing circumstances and direction.
  • Demonstrates interest and motivation to learn and contribute to performance improvement and problem-solving efforts.
  • Able to manage assigned tasks and timelines with guidance, and communicate proactively on progress
