Join Us as a Supply Planner – Huskvarna
At Husqvarna Group, within Global Aftermarket Operations P&A, our Supply Planning team ensures that products flow efficiently from our factories and external suppliers to our sales companies and distributors. Our mission is to provide customers with the right products, at the right time, while maintaining capital efficiency and operational excellence.
We are now looking for a Supply Planner to join our team in Huskvarna. In this role, you will act as a key interface between our product categories, factories, suppliers, and sales companies. You will collaborate closely with experienced team members in a dynamic, supportive, and results-driven environment, where teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery performance from our state-of-the-art distribution center in Stigamo, as well as our Regional Distribution Centers, meeting targets to exceed customer expectations.
- Provide accurate forecasts to factories and suppliers, analyzing demand plans to ensure efficient production and supply chain operations.
- Place orders and proactively monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage inventory effectively and support the article creation and elimination processes.
- Support resolution of quality issues and participate in product phase-in/phase-out activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes and contribute to organizational change initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a structured, analytical, and driven problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. You demonstrate strong personal leadership traits, such as initiative, accountability, and adaptability, and you value the potential for continuous improvement and positive change. You are service-minded, flexible, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- University degree in logistics, economics, or equivalent professional experience.
