Supply Planner

What You Will Do

Supply Planning :

• You will be responsible for Supply Planning, which comes up with good inventory control, storage, shipping & receiving activities for the organization's current & future operations for Supply Planning across all Planning Horizons (Sales & Operations Planning -18 months, Sales & Operations Execution)
• You will develop an aligned supply plan, taking the inputs from the consensus demand planning process, that takes into consideration supplier/ vendor capability, capacity, inventory objectives / 8  reasons of Inventory/ inventory quality to plan and deliver the right tires to the right customers at the right time, right place, and in the right quantities

Import Operation :

• You will be responsible for the Purchase Order placement to the plants & suppliers with reflecting production confirmation, as well as management of Delivery to the Warehouse in cooperation with 3PL/ customs agent

Routine internal report:

• Responsible for the generation and escalation of routine reports as to Supply based on the corporate timeline (monthly, weekly, daily)

Process Improvement:

• Support the Supply Planning Process health improvement

What We Expect

• Bachelor's or higher level degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related degree
• 4- 8 years of experience in integrated Supply Chain, especially in demand and supply planning/inventory planning.
• Managing and implementing supply plans, ensuring on-time execution, and responding to demand fluctuations
• Experience in ensuringthe timely delivery of products by coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, and transport teams.
• Handling supply disruptions, order delays, and last-minute adjustments to maintain operational efficiency
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and inventory tracking software
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity constraints.
• Working with international suppliers, managing import/export processes, and handling supply chain disruptions
• Understanding transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery execution
• Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and create reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Core skills: Analysis, decision making, organizing, initiative, flexibility, tenacity, effective communication, creativity, driving of results, building effective relationships with people at all levels, driving for change/improvement
