At Mars Food & Nutrition Australia, home to iconic brands like MASTERFOODS and DOLMIO, we are seeking a talented Supply Planner to join our dedicated team in Wyong, located on the beautiful NSW Central Coast.
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the exciting world of supply chain management? We are seeking a passionate and driven Supply Planner to be a key player in our vibrant team!
In this role, you’ll work closely with our main third-party logistics partners to ensure that customer orders are not just met, but exceeded.
As our Supply Planner, you'll have the opportunity to manage stock levels across various formats and engage in conversion operations and packaging elements in our state-of-the-art warehouses.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time, every time!
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure Stock Readiness: Maintain optimal stock levels across diverse formats to guarantee timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with our customers, becoming the go-to expert for resolving inventory challenges and providing vital analytical insights.
- Drive Inventory Reporting: Take charge of inventory reporting, ensuring that data is accurate and actionable.
- Monitor Performance: Track inventory performance against KPI targets and identify exciting opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and Innovate: Spearhead small projects and continuously seek ways to enhance our processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Initial experience in a Supply Chain role, particularly in inventory management or materials planning.
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus!
- Some project management experience that showcases your leadership skills.
- Functional knowledge of planning systems to support your daily tasks.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills to foster strong relationships and solve problems effectively.
