Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join our global Operations team. Reporting to our Head of Planning, this role will be responsible for maintaining future supply plans across our multiple warehouse and vendor locations.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Maintaining supply plans at SKU/warehouse location level.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our vendors.
  • Placing and tracking of purchase orders, into its final destination.
  • Providing rolling 18 month supply plan for our vendors.
  • Work with our vendors to optimise our inventory.
  • Maintaining Supply Chain master data relevant to supply planning.
  • Communicating stock opportunities and challenges to the wider team and Head of Planning
  • Create and maintain assembly plans for our warehouses where necessary.
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven Supply Planning experience preferably in excel
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Excellent Master data knowledge
  • Knowledge of ERP systems - Netsuite preferred
  • Analytically driven mindset, attention to detail skills, with strong problem solving abilities
  • Passionate about driving collaborative working and improving processes and best practices.
