The Supply Planner is responsible for running the supply planning process and coordinating the product replenishment with the CMO or internal sites, and stock deployment in order to deliver desired customer service level, optimize inventory and conversion cost, and support the Regional S&OP Process.
Key Responsibilities
 

• Act as single point of contact for the Supply Planning Manager and other key stakeholders for resolution of supply issues and implementation of relevant actions.
• Create Supply Plans for Finished Goods to meet the short-medium and long-term horizon.
• Contribute to the development of proposals together with the Supply Planning Manager, Site Teams, External Supply Teams, Procurement, and Other Regional Hubs on how to best flex supply chain cost to changing volume requirements.
• Data collection and reporting of key supply planning KPIs
• Optimize supply planning processes and co-ordination activities between Site Scheduling or CMO scheduling or customer service team and Supply Planning.
• Maintain and update product master data parameters and ensure that they are aligned to ensure that inventory is balanced and optimized.
• Liaise with Demand Forecasters to understand the forecasted requirements and manage supply to achieve and maintain high levels of customer service whilst meeting inventory targets.
• Optimize stock holding levels within the total supply chain through a detailed understanding of the key planning parameters and end to end process and in line with Working Capital targets.
• Manage stock levels for new products and re-launches/discontinuations – run ins/run outs.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or equivalent experience.
• Advance English & Portuguese level.
• Experience of 1 to 2 years in supply planning.
• Supply Chain IT Systems Knowledge, including SAP.
• Advanced or expert Excel knowledge
