Supply Planner
We are looking for a colleague for the Supply Planner role (maternity leave cover)
The Supply Planner is accountable for the performance and deliverables required works in the respective area of Supply Planning. Main Mission is to secure product on-time-in-full availability for covered Markets at target stock levels and costs, meeting the role key performance indicators and other parameters stipulated in SLAs for assigned portfolio.
A Supply Planner manages stock policy implementation, FG stock daily monitoring, analysis and replenishment via placing requests to production scheduling for factories of allocated portfolio.
What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

Manage FG stock levels at DC’s (plant) to secure the target CSL and Inventory

Manage API/bulk stock levels to secure targeted CSL and strategic Inventory
-
Monitor short shelf-life items in order to reduce destruction costs
-
CSL deviations root cause analysis & follow up on actions to reduce business impact
-
Proactively monitoring priorities/markets and ensure the production in case of scarcity or OOS risk as per Regional Head of Supply Chain Commercial decision

Actively running the most efficient pattern of ordering from transport perspective while constantly working with logistics for improvement

Run, maintain and upgrade planning tools aligned with local or global supply planning tool & process strategy

Crisis coordination / shortage management: Coordinate all stakeholders during impacted period and responsible for applying rules of allocation for Local/Global crisis; create scenarios to support decision making process

Taking necessary actions related to packaging and various changes during supply planning (transfers, switches, pruning)

Supplier main contact being accountable & responsible for planning activities, Distribution & capacity management for assigned portfolio

Involved in development of new tools/files which can support the planning process

Support Launch/Acquisition/Implementation of new projects

Act as coach for junior members of the team into difficult/complex situations

Close communication with Customer Care partner to ensure smooth conversation between Supply chain and Demand planning departments

Able to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reaches out for help in a timely manner/ proactive approach to support possible sensitive cases with stakeholders

Communicates in timely manner and proactively supply chain information clear to relevant parties with root cause, actions done, future plan.

Constantly building awareness/ deep insights on contract conditions when addressing suppliers performance

Uses data (supply chain metrics) to support/ inform insights
We Need You To Have

Understanding of Supply Chain areas: demand & stock management, reporting, planning

Three (3) or more years of experience in supply chain and business/industry

Requirement planning or MRP advanced knowledge needed

Previous experience in pharmaceutical company
