The Role
Manage material purchasing, production and inventory planning to ensure right supply levels. Resolve material issues, process Engineering Change Requests, ensure compliance, run inventory review meetings, provide data analysis, and escalate shortages while liaising with planning, operations, and quality stakeholders.

As a Supply Planner II you will implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell, to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible for resolve material related issues due to supply based problem, inventory errors or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, operation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Solve material related problems 
• Ensure timely material ordering 
• Engineering Change Requests 
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System 
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance 
• Organize monthly meeting to monitor inventory 
• Provide data and analysis 
• Escalate shortages and potential shortages

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:  
• 1 year of Supply Chain experience  
• High School Diploma
 
WE VALUE:  
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning  
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain  
• 2+ years of experience with MRP/ERP Systems  
• Ability to lead process improvement  
• Knowledge in Sigma or lean  
• Ability to work independently and take direction from others  
• Established skills and experience in Materials management
