As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across all planning horizons, from long-term Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) through weekly and daily Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). You will oversee import supply planning for Finished Goods across all Product Business Units (PBUs), ensuring timely product availability to meet local market demand while optimizing inventory levels and maintaining high customer service standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused supply chain.
What You'll Do
Supply Management & Execution (S&OE)
You will collaborate with business teams and manufacturing plants to resolve supply-related enquiries and ensure seamless supply execution.
You will monitor plant order confirmations, shipment status, and potential supply risks to ensure reliable product availability.
You will manage purchase order placement with manufacturing plants and suppliers to support timely replenishment.
You will identify supply gaps, recommend mitigation plans, and provide insights on the delivery of supply commitments.
You will partner with the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) and Finance teams to support sales recognition estimates.
Supply Planning (S&OP)
You will develop and execute integrated supply plans across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons, balancing customer demand, supplier capabilities, capacity, and inventory targets.
You will ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, to meet customer and business needs.
You will prepare for Supply Review meetings and communicate supply requirements to manufacturing plants.
You will manage S&OP and Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) reporting to support effective business decision-making.
Reporting & Process Excellence
You will deliver routine supply reports in line with corporate reporting timelines.
You will monitor supplier and exporter performance and drive continuous process improvements.
You will manage SKU phase-in and phase-out activities to support portfolio transitions.
You will maintain accurate transactional data through effective governance and data quality management.
What We're Looking For
You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
You have 6–8 years of experience in integrated supply chain functions, with a strong focus on supply planning, demand planning, and inventory management.
You have experience developing and executing supply plans while ensuring timely delivery and responding effectively to changing business demands.
You have coordinated with manufacturing plants, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time product availability.
You have successfully managed supply disruptions, order delays, and changing priorities while maintaining operational efficiency.

You have a good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
