As a Supply order manager at Sandoz you will be responsible for the site Master Data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements.
This role can be based in Madrid or Ljubljana.
Your responsibilities will include
Set up and manage complex local and global master data in a GxP environment, ensuring compliance with Sandoz standards, processes, guidelines, business matrix, and SLA timelines.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the assigned area, supporting data collection and KPI reporting.
Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant execution of all logistics processes, including Warehouse and Distribution (W&D).
Guarantee material availability aligned with the approved production plan and manage daily MRP oversight for all BOM materials, including requirement analysis and purchase order management.
Own MRP-relevant data and technical specifications in the ERP system, ensuring no overdue purchase orders.
Manage complaints and returns of purchased items, and lead action plans to improve supplier delivery performance and service level indicators (e.g., OTIF, lead-time violations).
Provide load-balanced dispatch lists for incoming materials to warehouse and Quality departments, ensuring alignment with production needs.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and logistics operations.
Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
Support processes for returns, rebates, credit/debit notes, and distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
Define and prioritize physical deliveries in collaboration with cross-functional teams for third-party customers and cross-unit supplies.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalation issues related to assigned customers, facilitating stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
