Mission

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of Toradex Brazil, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, ERP processes, facilities, and operational support for the regional team. Drive operational excellence through proactive problem solving, strong cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with Toradex global processes. Serve as a key connection between the Brazil organization and global teams, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective English communication.

Position Overview

The Supply Ops Junior Manager will report to the Director of Operations, Americas and work closely with Sales, Inside Sales, R&D, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and global Operations teams. The role will oversee Brazil's operational and logistics activities, including importations, customs, inventory governance, D365 processes, and office facilities. The position requires a highly proactive individual who can independently identify challenges, communicate effectively in English with international teams, and drive issues through to resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Communicate confidently and effectively in English, including participation in international meetings, discussions, and written correspondence.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and logistics activities for Toradex Brazil and LATAM customers.
  • Coordinate importations, customs, shipments, and relationships with logistics providers.
  • Own and improve inventory governance, including stock levels, availability, and inventory risk.
  • Serve as the key local owner for Dynamics 365 (ERP) operational processes and coordinate resolution of system issues with global teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Provide operational support to local Sales, Customer Service, and R&D teams
  • Coordinate closely with global Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to support Brazil's business needs.
  • Ensure timely availability and movement of products, materials, and samples.
  • Manage Brazil office facilities, infrastructure, supplies, maintenance, and related vendors.
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, taking initiative to address them ahead of time.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Toradex teams across Brazil, Switzerland, the United States, and other global locations.
  • Ensure Brazil operational processes remain aligned with global Toradex policies and objectives.

  • Establish effective and reliable processes for logistics, inventory, D365, and facilities management.
  • Ensure operational issues are proactively identified, communicated, and resolved.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize unnecessary inventory risk.
  • Provide strong operational support to Sales, R&D, and other Brazil teams.
  • Build strong, effective collaboration between the Brazil organization and global Toradex teams.
  • Consistently provide clear and effective communication in English with international stakeholders.
