Job DescriptionYOUR MISSION
Join us and become a key specialist in Glovo’s local operations team! We offer a dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.
THE JOURNEY
- Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers).
- Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers.
- Solve problems and provide support to Glovers.
- Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers.
- Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand.
- Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis.
- Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.

- Excel skills.
- Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees.

- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
