The Role
Description

The Sales Operations Manager BNL plays a critical role in our local Sales and After Sales team in Amsterdam. The Dutch and Belgium team takes care of more than 20.000 partners who work with one of our salon softwares. Our goal is to further grow our partner base in the Netherlands and Belgium and get our partners excited to use our additional services such as the Treatwell Marketplace, Pay and our B2B Store- where we sell professional products to salons. 

You will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales and After Sales processes, ensuring the Supply team has the tools and support they need to succeed. Key responsibilities include optimising funnel management through our CRM, analyzing sales and after sales data, improving processes, and collaborating with various teams to optimize results. You are the bridge between different departments (such as CRM and local marketing), you facilitate focus, and provide data driven improvements to boost the team’s performance and success. You’re keen on reporting results, tracking where we stand vs budgets and you will keep a close eye on the competitive field. 

You would be answering questions like: ‘Where do we geographically focus, how do we optimise our venue mix of hair and beauty salons, how do we drive salon density, how do we incentivise the teams to hit targets, and how do we (further) engage and optimise our partner base.’ You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager of the Netherlands and Belgium. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating reports and dashboards to track sales and after sales performance and provide insights to the local management team. 
  • Analysing sales data to identify opportunities to further grow our business.
  • Creating / updating incentive schemes and calculating monthly bonuses. 
  • Collaborating with the growth team and set-up a clear feedback loop to optimise volumes and quality of our lead generation. 
  • Set-up tests with AI tooling to get better results.
  • Optimising processes on both the Sales and After Sales for both Salonized and Treatwell to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Defining a structure to work with key accounts and setting up a data driven approach to work with our partner base.
  • Helping us to drive projects to increase the engagement of our Treatwell and Salonized partners and reduce churn and drive progress within the different teams.
  • Provide training support to the teams on processes, tools and expectations.

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Experienced project manager, particularly in strategic or sales environments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues within sales and after-sales processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively work cross-functional and solving challenges.
  • You enjoy looking for ways to operate more efficiently through AI and automations. 
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiar working with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is highly preferred.
