The Team

Within the Global Supply Planning & Operations team our mission is to deliver the right product at the right time globally. The Supply Operations team manages the non-O&O Tommy Hilfiger purchase orders of our full price collection for our licensed & JV markets and oversees KPI’s related to the global purchase orderbook. The team collaborates closely with various global supply teams, regional operations teams and central teams.

 

The Position

As a Supply Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for issuing non-O&O purchase orders and monitoring po data remains up to date to facilitate on-time shipments and reliable reporting. Your work will contribute to the Tommy Hilfiger ambition to become the number one lifestyle brand in the world through maximizing on time deliveries, working closely with supply offices and regional operations teams.

You provide standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis for various stakeholders.

Excel, SAP and Infor Nexus are amongst the tools and systems you will be working with daily.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing non-O&O purchase orders in SAP for our Full Price or Outlet lines.

  • Monitoring purchase orders status through different systems and tools like SAP, Infor Nexus and VMS, follow up to ensure on-time delivery and inform stakeholders as required.

  • Po maintenance related to on-time delivery dates, mode of transport, delay reasons, po closing etc.

  • Maintaining close relationships with global sourcing hubs to understand po status and specific vendor and country of origin challenges and opportunities.

  • Support and collaborate with regional operations team, and licensed markets on various topics related to on time po creation, KPI’s and shipments.

  • Monitor, report on and able to explain results vs KPI’s as well as orderbook status.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with global supply teams, regional and licensed market operations teams, and various other global teams.  

 

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

  • Maximized on time product availability

  • Report on and explain results vs KPI’s to various stakeholders

  • Display, solution driven, on time escalations of risks, to minimize impact to the business

  • Build strong collaborative working relationship with stakeholders

 

Requirements

  • High level of accuracy and problem-solving skills and attention to details

  • Comfortable working proactively, in a dynamic environment under pressure with deadlines

  • Analytical and result orientated mind-set

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills required)

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally

  • Team player who can work independently

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a fast-moving international environment

  • Education: Vocational Diploma / Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics

  • Experience in Fashion industry and/or Supply Chain is an advantage 

  • Build strong collaborative working relationship with stakeholders
