We’ll deliver a non-vanilla culture built on talent, where we work to amplify the impact on millions of people, paving the way forward together.

Not your usual app. We are the fastest-growing multi-category app connecting millions of users with businesses, and couriers, offering on-demand services from more than 170,000 local restaurants, grocers and supermarkets, and high street retail stores. We operate in more than 1500 cities across 23 countries.

Together we revolutionise the way people connect with their everyday needs, from delivering essentials to connecting our ecosystem of users through innovative solutions powered by technology. For us, every day is filled with purpose.

What makes our ride unique?

🤝 Our culture and strong values.

💪 Our career development philosophy.

🤝 Our commitment to being a force for good.

We have a vision: Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts.

YOUR MISSION

As part of the Local Supply Ops team, you will be responsible for helping build the strategy and the Local execution in terms of courier experience. We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points the riders face, in order to be the number 1 application of courier's choice and to win the Polish market.

You will be accountable for the results on each of our main KPIs, and will work together alongside Global and Local stakeholders to design and execute the action plan required in order to bring our Operations to the next level, based in our Abidjan office, at times traveling for limited periods of time to be closer to our Teams & Operations.

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.

THE JOURNEY

  • Understand each city's operational challenges in order to adapt the strategy and maximize the results.
  • Be responsible for Supply Operations levers, including courier satisfaction and incentives management, retention & frequency and many more from data perspective: providing deep analysis, creating dashboards, draw conclusions and implement solutions based on them
  • Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the cities
  • Have a blank page for you to create! We don't stick to a single playbook, and we expect you to build your own as the business and market evolves
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the Glover lifecycle through out-of-the-box thinking.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or business analysis roles within start-ups, consulting firms, or large multinational/domestic companies, ideally in Tech, FMCG, or Consulting
  • Project management skills: achieve goals within scope, time, and budget constraints
  • Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Stakeholder management skills: align expectations, address concerns, and ensure project success
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must
  • SQL knowledge is a must have.
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
  • Proactive approach, great organisation skills and obsession with details
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

  • 💪 Top-notch private health insurance to keep you at your peak.
  • 🍔 Monthly Glovo credit to satisfy your cravings!
  • 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year!
  • 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery.
  • 🧠 Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.

Here at Glovo, we thrive on diversity, we believe it enhances our teams, products, and culture. We know that the best ideas come from a mashup of brilliant diverse minds.
