Job Description

In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective management and distribution of stock throughout our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in supply chain management while working collaboratively with a supportive team.

  • Scan, pick, and pack stock items with precision and efficiency to fulfill departmental requests
  • Deliver stock to designated storage areas and department locations in a timely manner
  • Analyze inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock quantities using computer systems
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions
  • Organize and manage storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and proper stock rotation
  • Collaborate with department heads and team members to understand supply needs and resolve any stock-related issues
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply processes and contribute innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor stock expiration dates and manage stock disposal in compliance with organizational policies
  • Communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
