Job Description
Manage the S&OP process at the company level for all product lines, including leading monthly management meetings, consolidating demand and supply plans, and communicating plans to all relevant Lesaffre plants.
Implement service level agreements with local plants (Agrauxine and Lesaffre) to define stock and OTIF targets for operational units.
Monitor supply chain performance KPIs and work with the BU finance team to set annual cost guidelines.
Participate in the definition of CAPEX/investments for Lesaffre plants related to our activities.
Closely collaborate with sales and key account managers to understand customer needs.
Manage the central customer service team and coordinate the customer service teams across sites.
Ensure all customer order management procedures are followed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in logistics, supply chain
10-15 years of experience as a Supply Manager, with prior international experience (in the agricultural/biotech sector)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient in English
Advanced Excel, ERP

Based in Beaucouzé (49), France, with 30% travel within Europe, North and Latin America mainly.
