Position Purpose:

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning Ownership and Execution
Manage demand and supply planning activities for assigned customers/regions, including demand validation, supply allocation, and order planning. Maintain alignment between demand, inventory, and supply constraints to enable stable and reliable execution of plans within defined scope.
2. Demand–Supply Balancing and Order Fulfilment
Own day-to-day demand–supply balancing and order execution for APIs and FDFs supplied to third-party customers. Maintain product availability, monitor inventory levels, and manage order flows to meet agreed service level expectations.
3. Performance Management and Decision Support
Track and analyse key planning and execution metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, delivery performance, inventory levels). Identify deviations, highlight risks and constraints, and take appropriate actions within scope while escalating where required.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination and Alignment
Actively coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to align demand assumptions, supply constraints, and execution priorities. Facilitate structured discussions to address trade-offs, resolve supply-demand conflicts, and maintain plan stability.
5. Issue Resolution and Escalation Management
Identify and resolve operational and planning issues impacting supply continuity and customer delivery. Manage escalations in a timely and structured manner, ensuring transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
6. Process Adherence and Continuous Improvement
Apply defined global and local planning processes consistently. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and initiate implementation of improvements, including adoption of digital tools and standard methodologies.
7. Customer Service and Operational Reliability
Maintain consistent and reliable customer service through accurate order handling, proactive communication, and clear visibility of supply status. Address customer-facing supply issues within scope and ensure timely updates.

- 10–12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, spanning planning, purchasing, production, order fulfilment, and lifecycle management
- Proven leadership across complex, global, matrixed environments, driving alignment between supply chain, commercial, and operations functions
- Strong business mindset with the ability to translate supply chain capabilities into measurable commercial impact
- Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes, including demand & supply planning, capacity management, and master data governance
- High proficiency in SAP, data analytics, and performance management frameworks to drive business insights and decision-making
- Deep understanding of sales and commercial processes, enabling effective integration with supply chain strategy
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder levels
- Significant experience across purchasing, production, environments, with progressive responsibility
