Your Responsibilities
This is a key leadership role that drives the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into our supply chain management processes, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimize procurement strategies, and improve decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of supply management principles combined with expertise in AI, data analytics, and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing an AI strategy aligned with organizational goals, leading cross-functional projects, analyzing large datasets to inform supply chain decisions, collaborating with various departments, establishing performance metrics, and staying updated on AI advancements. - Ensure the deployment of automated technologies that improve throughput, lower cost and increase responsiveness to enterprise constituents, dealers and customers.
- Responsible for Change Management & adoption of AI and related automated technologies in the Supply Chain function
- End to End Program Leadership of AI initiative, including ongoing stakeholder management and leading a team of business process experts
- Manage value realization of both resource optimization and bottom-line cost reduction

What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, specifically focused on artificial intelligence, data analytics, or technology implementation, demonstrating a strong grasp of how AI can be applied in supply chain contexts.
- Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL), and/or statistical analysis.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing AI projects and delivering strategic business transformations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Awareness of industry regulations and current supply chain trends.
- Demonstrated business transformation or technology transformation initiatives.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a Master's in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
