The Franchise Team plays a key role in expanding H&M’s global presence, partnering with external companies to bring our brand, customer offer, and experience to life across diverse regions.  

Working closely with our franchise partners, we drive commercial success through strong assortment, demand and supply planning, local relevance, and consistent brand execution.  

We are now looking for a passionate and commercially driven Supply & Demand Manager to join the team. In this role, you will help strengthen demand and supply planning for our Franchise business, shaping accurate plans, enabling stock availability, and supporting commercial performance across franchise markets.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you’ll drive demand and supply planning across franchise markets and ensure alignment between commercial targets, stock levels, and product availability.  

  • Develop and maintain top-down demand and supply plans aligned with franchise commercial targets.  
  • Ensure alignment between the total franchise plan and customer group plans.  
  • Provide rolling forecasts and highlight deviations to support proactive decision-making.  
  • Support optimization of stock levels, availability, and reduction strategies.  
  • Guide franchise partners on stock management strategies and actions.  
  • Collaborate with global teams to influence quantities, life-cycle, and assortment decisions.  
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to sales, stock, and availability.  
  • Support merchandising and partners with insights to drive commercial performance.  
  • Contribute to pricing, assortment, and commercial prioritization discussions.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Global functions, and franchise partners to align planning and execution.  
  • Support initiatives related to demand planning, forecasting, and supply optimization.  
  • Lead and support team development, if applicable, and drive collaboration across functions and stakeholders.  

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with Merchandising, Global functions, and franchise partners to support accurate forecasting, stock optimization, and commercial performance. In Franchise, this role focuses on guiding and aligning partners rather than owning end-to-end execution.  

The role reports to the Head of Franchise Omni Merchandising.   

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with...

  • A university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.  
  • Experience in demand planning, merchandising, buying, or stock management.  
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.  
  • Strong understanding of stock management and supply chain flows.  
  • Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.  
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.  
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.  
  • A structured and detail-oriented way of working.  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create alignment across teams and markets.  
  • Experience from complex, international, and partner-driven environments is beneficial.

This is a full-time role located in Stockholm, Sweden. Linn Hoffström, Head of Franchise, will be the hiring manager and will lead the interview process for this recruitment. Sounds interesting?
