Wilhelmsen Marine Products India Private Limited (WSS) is looking for a Supply Coordinator.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
The Supply Coordinator at Wilhelmsen Marine Products India Private Limited plays a pivotal role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments such as Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting, and procurement. This position is responsible for processing orders, tracking product availability, maintaining communication on lead times, and supporting the efficient delivery of marine products to customers worldwide.

What you will be doing:
- Ensure there is continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement department
- Continuous follow up on quotes and orders with sub-status ‘Awaiting approval’
- Process orders including non-available items
- Maintain Wanted Delivery Date (WDD) dates for incoming Purchase Order (PO’s)
- Receive PO’s supporting an order
- Process shipments
- Management of Service Providers
- Inventory Management
- Supply Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i.e. charges, delays, availability etc.
- Provide complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of delivery
- Prepare cost pricing information towards final invoicing of service performed
- Maintain required control reports and documentation
- Assist other departments as needed on stock orders and purchase orders
- Any other responsibility put forward by Manager not covered by this FD (within reasonable limits)
- Compliance with local regulatory requirements.

- Basic Understanding of Operations / Supply Chain – While deep experience is not expected, candidates should demonstrate logical understanding of order-to-delivery flow.
- System Orientation – Comfort working with systems (e.g., Excel, ERP tools) and ability to quickly learn operational platforms.
- Team Collaboration Mindset – Willingness to coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain a cooperative approach.
- Learning Agility and Positive Attitude – High willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive mindset are essential for success at a fresher level.
What we are looking for:
- Applications from graduates who possess a foundational understanding of the Maritime Industry. Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, with preference given to candidates who bring prior industry experience.
- Experience in supply chain management will be preferred.
- Fluent English – spoken and written skills are mandatory.
