As a Supply Coordinator, you’ll support our operations by purchasing equipment, goods, services and supplies required for Vinpac Angaston.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

  • Day to day running of the required goods ordering.
  • Manage incoming goods and warehouse capacity expectations effectively.
  • Keep safety stocks of top SKU’s and adjust accordingly with fluctuations for requirements.
  • Monitor all production changes as they are identified, ensuring to capture movements forward or outward and amend deliveries accordingly.
  • Manage Dry Goods going to third party bottlers for bottling overflow.
  • Investigate any quality issues and organise stock returns or disposals as required.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in projects & tenders.
  • Review and provide forecasts to suppliers.
  • Coordinate artwork with internal stakeholders & customers from conception to production.
     

Qualifications

  • ERP system experience
  • FMCG Procurement/Supply Chain experience
  • Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets intermediate level
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good communication both written and verbal
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Ability to stay focused and calm in a high pressure fast paced environment
